Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. Responsibilities

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide metric based reports
  • Implementation and maintenance of a data visualization program to create company data and benchmarks
  • Implement and develop the analytics platform to provide visual interpretations of various data sets
  • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, inaccuracies, and maintain protocols for handling and cleaning data
  • Build dashboards using visualization tools to show a comprehensive overview of data and identify trends
  • Work closely with various departments to provide metrics for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare physician compensation benchmarks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or experience
  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Experience with implementing visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) required
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, both oral and written
  • Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
  • Experience with Paycom or other HRIS systems required
