Overview

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is comprised of nearly 4,000 physicians and healthcare professionals who provide services to NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health system in the United States.  Our practitioners are highly skilled professionals with outstanding credentials who deliver the highest level of quality healthcare to patients throughout New York City.

NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, located just 15 minutes from NYC, is an acute care teaching hospital academically affiliated with Weill-Cornell Medical College. Dedicated to providing high quality patient care to a diverse community, Lincoln Hospital is a NYS-designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties including its awarding winning Cancer and Breast Centers.

Responsibilities

The ideal CRNA candidate will become an integral part of the Anesthesia Care Team.  CRNAs are excellent, highly skilled providers of anesthesia services.  We expect CRNA candidates to either meet that expectation or, in the case of a new graduate, strive to reach that potential.  We serve a disadvantaged community in the South Bronx within a full service, single site hospital.  Although we do not perform open heart surgery, and only a limited number of craniotomies, we have enough breadth and depth to allow either concentrating within a small group of surgical areas or a varied practice. We do not currently have anesthesia residents or SRNAs.  We do have a nice group of Anesthesiologists in a collegial operating room environment.

There is no night call, weekend or holiday CRNA schedule

Schedules allowing 40 hours in 4 days is possible.  Overtime, if desired, can be arranged.
