Responsible for all aspects of labor relations to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, policies and procedures and federal and state employment regulations, while providing consultation, training and constructive conflict resolution for and between leadership, staff, union leadership and bargaining unit employees. Administers daily contract policy, disciplinary and grievance procedures (including high level and complex grievances). Responds to internal workplace complaints and external charges. Represents PAGNY at arbitration and other third party proceedings.
