    The Compensation Analyst is the subject matter expert for salary and incentive programs and supports other compensation issues/questions.

    Essential Functions:

    • Participates in and/or leads compensation projects at the direction of HR Leadership, including salary surveys, analysis, compensation system design and budgeting, implementation of bonus or other new programs.
    • Administers base pay and bonus programs, including annual performance reviews and bonus cycles for Corporate Staff and monitors review process for affiliate locations.
    • Reviews new positions in anticipation of recruitment to ensure appropriate classification. Based on position-specific information, determines if an existing description can be used for classification. As necessary, modifies and creates new descriptions which accurately reflect current roles, responsibilities and requirements.
    • Manages projects such as survey participation and analysis and compensation programs.
    • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinates with HR managers to educate managers.
    • Works with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that the (HRIS software) system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
    • Assists Facility CAOs and HR leadership managers with compensation-related issues.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.




    • Bachelor’s degree along with 3-5 years of experience in the analysis, design and /or administration of compensation programs.
    • Advanced oral, listening, administrative and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with employees, management and third parties
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to lead projects from onset to completion.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
