Overview

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Primary Care Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Vanderbilt. As the largest FQHC in the United States, the Gotham Health Community-Based Practices serve diverse families and individuals throughout New York City. Gotham Health provides care to individuals from varying racial/ethnic, cultural & socioeconomic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population 
  • Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
  • Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders
  • Responsible for the supervision of mid-level providers
  • Arrange patient session schedules that allow for both scheduled and non-emergent unscheduled (walk-in) visits by their primary care patients

Qualifications

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
